A: Measure the glass carefully (width x height x thickness). Most stove glass is 4mm thick. If you're unsure, provide your stove model and we can check.
Q: How do I fit a rope seal?
A: Remove old rope, clean the channel, apply high-temperature adhesive, press new rope in place. Allow 24 hours drying time before use.
Q: Why is my stove not heating properly?
A: Check: 1) Air vents are open, 2) Rope seals are intact, 3) Baffle plate is correctly positioned, 4) Chimney is clear. Contact us for detailed troubleshooting.
