We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

Time Frame 30 days from date of delivery
Condition Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached
Restocking Fee 15% for opened items, 0% for unopened items
Return Shipping Customer pays return shipping unless item is faulty
Processing Time 5-7 business days after receipt
Non-Returnable Items Custom parts, rope seals (cut to length), clearance items

📦 HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
  1. Request RMA: Fill out the form below to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number
  2. Pack Securely: Use original packaging if possible, include all accessories and documentation
  3. Write RMA Number: Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package
  4. Ship to: Stoves Parts Returns, Unit 4 Trade Park, Birmingham, B1 1AA
  5. Get Proof: Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number

Q: How long does it take to get an RMA number?
A: RMA requests are processed within 24 hours during business days. You will receive an email with your RMA number and instructions.
Q: Can I return an item without the original packaging?
A: We strongly recommend using original packaging. If unavailable, please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: For change of mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. For faulty/damaged items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Q: How long until I get my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time to appear in your account depends on your payment method.
Q: Can I exchange an item instead of a refund?
A: Yes! Just note "EXCHANGE FOR [ITEM]" in the comments section and we'll process an exchange if the item is in stock.
